Meet the Chiro

Dr. Laura helps active women decrease their pain & feel empowered to start or continue towards their goals, without the fear that they’ll get hurt or have to stop doing activity. She believes that we all deserve to feel empowered in our own bodies, it's never too late to start something, and that we should be able to proceed with the things we love.

While Dr. Laura was working in tech, she discovered the power of chiropractic and how much it helped shape her perspective on what she thought was physically possible. She was training for a bike ride from SF to LA, and her knees and neck started hurting 2 months before the ride. With a combination of chiropractic care and education about her biomechanics on and off the bike, she was able to get back up and riding, even better than she had before! Over the course of the next year, she realized her true calling was in helping others overcome their pain and fears.

Dr. Laura graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic West in San Jose, California and treats a wide variety of musculoskeletal conditions in a safe and effective manner. She has a passion for helping self identified women in their 30-40's maintain their active lifestyle, and encourage healing through movement and soft-tissue related therapies. She currently works in the Chiropractic Department at a health & wellness center in Cupertino, CA.
