- Plantar fasciitis (a condition that causes pain in the heel and bottom of the foot)

- IT band syndrome (a condition that causes pain on the outside of the knee)
- Patellofemoral syndrome (a condition that causes pain around the kneecap)
- Runner's knee (a condition that causes pain under the kneecap)
- Jumper's knee (a condition that causes pain at the bottom of the kneecap)
- Flexibility and mobility difficulties
